Spring Canyon Dam 

Goshen County, Wyoming

Torrington Field Office

This floodwater retarding structure was installed under the PL-566 Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Program.  The watershed is approximately 29.5 square miles.  The project was completed in 1985 at a cost of approximately $637,180.  The following photographs were taken in May of 2002.
