Mission Statement:   The mission of the Southeastern Wyoming Resource Conservation and Development Council is to increase opportunities that enhance our quality of life through locally-lead projects that address the individual and joint needs of the rural communities of the Southeastern Area.

Goals:  

  1. Provide information to sponsors and potential sponsors on ways to protect open spaces, conserve natural resources and use alternative agriculture to support the rural communities of the Southeastern Area.

  2. Work with individuals, organizations and units of government to address water quality and quantity issues.

  3. Provide information to sponsors and potential sponsors on Council assistance with grant searches and partnership building as a tool to help communities grow and prosper.
