APPLICATIONS FOR CONSERVATION PLANNING SIGNUP 

CAMPBELL, SHERIDAN, GOSHEN AND UINTA COUNTIES

To download and submit an online application, click on the appropriate NRCS county office listed below, complete the form online and click on the "Submit" button at the end of the form. When the "Select Email Client" window appears, make sure "Desktop Email Application" is checked and hit "OK". When the "Send Data File" window appears. click the "Send Data File" button (if you click "Print Form" the file will be sent to your default printer). An email window will appear next and the correct NRCS address will be displayed in the "To" bar; simple click the "Send" button and the District Conservation for that county will receive your completed application.

It is also a good idea to save your completed form before submitting it to the NRCS County Office. You can do that by going to the command bar at the top of the form, click on the "File" button and go to "Save As"; give the file a name, place it in the appropriate directory and file folder, then click save.
